Useful as a common CIP system for non movable equipments which cannot be moved to cleaning area like Blenders, RMG, Fluid dryers mixing tanks, storage tanks, etc. which do not have their own dedicated CIP arrangement.
The system consists of following components
• Cleaning fluid holding tanks ( 1,2 or 3 as per clients cleaning philosophy ) with suitable heating arrangement wherever necessary.
• High pressure pump of suitable capacity and head.
• High pressure jet nozzle with retractable hose.
• Interconnecting header, piping, valves, etc.
• Control panel with starters, indicators, interlocking etc.
• Common Trolley
a)Tank capacities from 100 ltr. to 500 ltr.
b)Pump capacities up to 3000 ltr. Per hour
c)Full GMP compliant construction.

| Portable Water Mixing Head For C.I.P |
This equipment is used for mixing water, steam and compressed air to generate hot water under high pressure for equipment cleaning in place
( CIP ).
The utilizes like water, steam and compressed air are connected by flexible hoses to the inlet nozzles of mixing head and high pressure hot water thus generated is taken out of the outlet nozzle and discharged at required location through flexible retractable hose and spray gun.
Necessary valves, gauges and regulators are provided for the inlet utilities as well as high pressure hot water. Complete system is mounted on portable stand.

Infrared ray dryer is used for speedy drying of washed equipment by just exposing under dryers. IR Rays are not harmful, safe to human body. No increase in temperature of the surrounding atmosphere, since rays gives heating effect only to the object on which it falls. These rays do not require air as a media, still blower is provided to cool down heated items.
IR elements are ceramic coated thus ensure no particle shedding or black particle generation, which may contaminate washed equipment. The IR Dryer reduce the microbial counts also. IR Dryer are more effective for drying stainless steel equipment because stainless steel surface is reflective surface.
